National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) presents the 2027 Collegiate Rugby All-Stars at the state-of-the-art Austin-Tindall Sports Complex in Kissimmee, FL. This expanded three-day festival combines men’s and women’s competitions for over 1,000 elite collegiate athletes and coaches.
