All-Americans vs Cork Constitution: Post-Match Banquet

Following the All-Americans and Cork Constitution match on August 20, join us for an exclusive Post-Match Banquet. Starting at 8:00 PM, meet and greet with the All-American and Cork players, as well as four rugby legends who are joining for a panel discussion.

At the Post-Match Banquet, NCR is excited to welcome American rugby legend Todd Clever— affectionately known as “Captain America” — Scottish Rugby’s most capped wing, Sean Lamont, and Irish players Brian Scott and Philip Soden. The panel of guest speakers will share their insights on playing and coaching, and answer questions from the audience. 

TODD CLEVER

Todd is a former professional rugby player who’s played all over the world. He’s represented Team USA a record 100 times with 76 XVs caps and 24 7s tournaments. He’s appeared in three World Cups (2003, 2007, and captained in 2011), and became the first American to play and score in Super Rugby.

Todd was inducted into the U.S. Rugby Hall of Fame in 2021, and was named the American Rugby Player of the Decade for 2000-2009

Since retiring from playing he has changed focus from on field to off field rugby business. He has worked with great companies as a Brand Ambassador, and prides himself in living a balanced lifestyle with outdoor activities, family time, and striving in his business ventures.

Todd has gone on to found the Todd Clever Foundation, where he is able to give back to the sport, athletes, and communities around the world. His focus is on teaching and instilling the core values of rugby.

SEAN LAMONT

Sean is Scottish Rugby’s most capped wing, having made 105 appearances and scoring 14 test tries for his country in a glittering international career which spanned 12 years. He scored a try against Australia on his Murrayfield debut, and a notable double against France in 2006 in a season which saw him help Scotland to a memorable Calcutta Cup win over England. As a professional player, he starred for Glasgow Warriors and was part of the team which won the Pro-12 Championship for the first time under current Scotland head coach Gregor Townsend. Sean had previously played for Northampton Saints in the Premiership, helping them to victory in the 2009 European Challenge Cup final, and Scarlets in Wales.

Since retiring from playing professionally, Sean has worked with Scottish Rugby as Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Glasgow and West Academies and the Scotland 7s team, before taking on the role as Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for Great Britain Men’s Sevens, where he progressed to Rugby and Logistics Manager. He joined FirstPoint USA in 2026, leading our rugby activity and working with the growing number of talented young athletes exploring the opportunity to play college rugby in the States, and has recently been supporting rugby camps at Dartmouth College and UCLA.
