Jessica Cobb is a senior financial services executive with nearly three decades of experience in operational risk, governance, and strategic business management. She currently serves as EMEA COO for a portfolio management business at BlackRock, where she drives business strategy, governance, and talent development across the region. Her career has taken her across the global financial centres of New York, Geneva, and London, spanning some of the world's leading financial institutions. She holds a BA in Financial Mathematics & Economics from the University of Michigan.Rugby has been a constant thread throughout Jessica's life, ignited during her time in Ann Arbor where she first pulled on a jersey for the University of Michigan.

She went on to play internationally with Yverdon Rugby Club in Switzerland and Hackney Rugby Club in London, where she also stepped into a breadth of leadership roles, serving as Women's Fixture Secretary, Coach across the women's, men's and junior sections, Sponsor Relationship Manager, and Adult Player Chairperson. Teamwork, resilience, inclusion, and service, the values that define the sport, have shaped both her playing career and her approach to leadership.
