Position Overview

National Collegiate Rugby is seeking a Technical Support Intern to assist with technology operations leading up to and during the Collegiate Rugby Championship National 7s. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless technical execution for event staff, officials, and ticketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hotspot and Starlink troubleshooting support

  • Troubleshoot and maintain ticket sales tablets and POS systems

  • Serve as Fourth Official technical support during matches

  • Assist with general event technology setup and testing

  • Provide real-time tech problem resolution during tournament play

  • Support pre-event system checks and process documentation

Qualifications
  • In driving distance of Boyds, MD
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot under pressure

  • Familiarity with Wi-Fi networks, mobile hotspots, and tablet-based POS systems

  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, live-event environment

  • Interest in sports event operations or technology management

  • Availability for full tournament weekend
