Location: Remote (March–April) + On-Site in Boyds, MD (April 24–26)
Travel & Lodging: Provided for tournament weekend

Position Overview

The Ticketing & Customer Service Intern will support ticket operations and patron services for the Collegiate Rugby Championship National 7s. This role is ideal for students interested in sports management, fan experience, and live event operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot ticket sales and entry issues

  • Answer patron questions regarding the event map, match schedule, and policies

  • Assist with management of credential lists (teams, media, VIPs, staff)

  • Support distribution of volunteer gear and credentials

  • Distribute media instructions and coordinate check-in processes

  • Provide front-line customer service during the event

Qualifications
  • In driving distance of Boyds, MD
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable interacting with large crowds

  • Ability to work long event days on your feet

  • Interest in sports operations or ticketing management
