1. Log into your Sport:80 account
2. From your individual profile page, find NCR Membership and click “Add”
3. Choose Membership Type - Coach
4. Choose your club (if club is not in dropdown, this means club is not registered)
5. Complete Personal Details (profile picture is required for Member ID Card)
6. Complete Contact Details
7. Complete the Address section
8. Add an Emergency Contact
9. Click “Add & Checkout”
10. Add billing information (will auto populate if you click “use my details”) and then add credit card information
11. Following payment, your membership will enter “Next Steps Required” status. Click into your membership and there will be a section explaining the action required.
12. Click the link to the “Coach Additional Requirements”.
13. Click blue button that says “Coach Additional Requirements” and choose the top option
14. Confirm Personal Details, Contact, Address, and Emergency Contact
15. Sign off on Liability Statement
16. Sign off on Media Statement
17. Click “Add” in the bottom right
18. Click blue button that says “Coach Additional Requirements” and choose “Coach Training and Education”some text
    1. Upload your three World Rugby certificates (Intro to Coaching, Concussion Training, Rugby Ready)
    2. These will need to be approved by NCR before they are valid in the system
19. Click the “Center for Safesport” tab and review your Safesport status. If expired, click the blue button that says “Access Core Training” and complete this process.
20. Click on tab for “Background Screening” and click blue button to add a screening
21. Once all items are complete, your membership will be fully Valid in the system
