- Book hotel by September 13. The All Star event is a stay-and-play tournament, and it’s mandatory that all teams stay at a tournament hotel. Contact the Wise-Traveler representative below to make your team’s reservation:
- Finalize staff by September 30.
- Order your team's player match kits (jerseys, shorts and socks) and coach polos. The kits must be purchased from Rhino Rugby and be approved by NCR.
- Order your team's off-field kits. Team's are encouraged obtain a quote from Rhino Rugby, but are free to utilize alternative vendors. All apparel should include the All Star Logo and be approved by NCR.
- Send Nomination Forms to coaches September 30.
- Book team flights by November 30.
- Book local transportation by October 31.Finalize rosters by November 30.
- Submit travel itinerary to Tournament Director by December 13.
- Submit PEV forms to eligibility@ncr.rugby by December 20.
- Complete on-line broadcast forms by January 10. No practice times will be assigned until both PEV and broadcast forms are submitted.
- Pre-order tournament T-shirts by December 31, 2024
