National Collegiate Rugby has finalized the 2026 Summer High Performance Tours, offering elite collegiate athletes the opportunity to compete and develop in top-tier domestic and international environments. Spanning both sevens and fifteens formats, this year’s tours reflect NCR’s continued investment in the growth of high-performance rugby across the United States. Initial All American selections were made during the 2026 All-Star tournaments, with final roster spots to be determined through scouting at upcoming automatic qualifier events and the 2026 National 7s.

The NCR All American Women’s 7s team will travel to Portugal from June 1-8 to compete in the prestigious Algarve 7s, returning to the international stage after an impressive second-place finish in 2025.
Led by Head Coach Jamie Frech, the squad looks to build on last year’s momentum and take the next step toward a championship performance.

On the XVs side, the Men’s All Americans will travel to Boston from August 15-22 for a marquee fixture against Cork Constitution Football Club, one of Ireland's most storied rugby institutions. Led by Ed Tubridy, the tour provides a unique opportunity for athletes to test themselves against high-level international club competition.
The All Americans will be no stranger to top level Irish competition after besting Ballynahinch Rugby Club last summer in another domestic fixture.

The Men’s All Americans 7s team returns to Rugbytown 7s in Glendale, Colorado from August 16-23, following a successful late invitation to the tournament in 2025. Under the direction of Coaches Steve Lewis and Ethan Pougnet, the team is eager to build on last year’s experience and compete for top honors in one of the premier domestic sevens competitions.
Widely regarded as the top invitational tournament in the United States, RugbyTown 7s features Olympic-caliber athletes, international and HSBC World Rugby Sevens circuit players, as well as elite military and domestic squads, creating an exceptionally competitive environment.

NCR will also field a Women’s XVs side for domestic matchups in Madison, Wisconsin after arriving in Chicago August 14-24, facing top Canadian university programs from Queen’s University and the University of British Columbia. This fixture continues NCR’s commitment to providing meaningful, high-level competition for women’s fifteens athletes.
This tour follows the success of the first women’s All Americans tour to England in 2025, also led by Jamie Frech.
NCR’s High Performance Program is designed to identify and develop elite collegiate rugby players by providing advanced training, education, and competition opportunities. The program supports student-athletes both on and off the field, emphasizing rugby excellence, academic achievement, and long-term personal development.
By creating a professional environment that accelerates athlete growth, NCR continues to strengthen the pipeline for collegiate rugby in the United States—benefiting players, coaches, and programs nationwide.
With international competition, elite coaching, and high-level match play, the 2026 Summer High Performance Tours are a major component in NCR’s mission to elevate collegiate rugby and prepare the next generation of players for success at the highest levels.
