Select mentees may also have future opportunities to shadow coaches at marquee NCR events, including National XVs, National 7s, and All Stars.
Here’s what one Fall mentee shared about their experience learning from 5 time National 7s Champion coach Rosalind Chou:
“I have learned so much from Rosalind in these last few months. She has taught me how to manage a tough game, how to create more offensive plays, and most importantly how to effectively communicate with my players. This experience has been so rewarding and has helped grow my rugby IQ more than I could have imagined. I am so thankful for this opportunity and think that this program will help so many other coaches be successful and help grow the game of rugby.”
Applications close March 2.
If you’re ready to grow your coaching impact this spring, apply now and take the next step in your development.
