- Ensure that your team, players and coaches are registered and submit your team’s Player Eligibility Form to eligibility@ncr.rugby.
- If needed, book air travel. The NCR travel agency, PRS Travel, can assist you.

- Book hotel rooms for your team. The Regional and National events are stay-and-play tournaments, and it’s mandatory that all teams stay at tournament hotels. For assistance with boooking your hotel rooms, please contact Bill Price at bprice@wise-traveler.com. Hotel links appear below:

- Broadcast Forms: If your team qualifies for the National Semifinals, complete the online broadcast form by 11/28 (Women) or 12/6 (Men) and send it toinfo@ncr.rugby.For Men's DI / DI-AA National Semifinals, broadcast forms need to be completed by 11/29.
- To receive a training time, all clubs must complete the steps above. A member of our team will provide a sign up link to book your training time.
- Team check in will take place 45 minutes BEFORE your training time.
- Pre-order your team's tournament t-shirts. Women's Pre-order Link (Due by November 29). Men's Pre-order Link (Due by December 5).
- If your team is bringing a media person, please submit a request for media credentials by sending the person's name, email, and phone number to info@ncr.rugby.
- Ensure you have a fully stocked team medical kit including taping supplies for known injuries, basic OTC medications and sunblock. All teams are expected to bring their own basic medical supplies.
- All teams should have Emergency Medical Information for each player.
